IssueCustomer reported that they are using French questions, however, when French answers or phrases used. It is not accepted by AA. 



Hence wanted to allow French characters in phrases and answers. 
(for example à, è, é, ê, or apostrophe






 
ResolutionPlease make the below changes in the /rsa/configs/rsaUser.properties file to allow French characters in phrase. Same can be done for answers also.
I have added few escape characters for French letters. Customer an add more values to it.
