IssueWhen French answers or phrases are used that contain characters, such as à, è, é, ê, or an apostrophe, they are not accepted by RSA Adaptive Authentication 6.0.2.1 SP0 (on Premise). This article explains how to allow French characters in phrases and answers.

ResolutionPlease make the following changes in the /rsa/configs/rsaUser.properties file to allow French characters in phrases and answers.

phrase.validators=length,regexplist1,blacklist
phrase.regexplist1 =
[A-Za-z0-9 `èéêëîô_.'\(\)/-]*

The example here adds a few escape characters for French letters. Additional values can be added based on the needs in your deployment.
