IssueClient wants to use the Web Services Transporter to run an automated Data Feed, which produces an XML file for consumption by Informatica. Informatica can only support ASCII data.
ResolutionIt is not possible to have a Data Feed create an ASCII file. When the Transport Only or Transport File options are used, an XML file is created.
Notes

While it is not possible to have a Data Feed create an ASCII file, there are third-party applications available that allow for XML content to be converted to ASCII or .CSV.

A Client may want to consider using the API to gather the data and create the ASCII file to meet Informatica requirements; (will require custom development by the Client).

For more information on the API, please visit the Archer Community's Everything pages for the applicable version:

If a Client would like Archer to assist directly with this type of request, it is recommended that the Client contact their Account Manager to engage Professional Services to develop a solution to meet their requirements.
