|Resolution||Configuring Critical System Event Notification|
NOTE: Chapter 14: Logging and Reporting (from page 360) of the RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 Administrator's Guide (Revision 1) provides information on how to configure critical system event notifications.
RSA Authentication Manager can notify administrators by email if a critical system event occurs, for example, if a replica instance replication status changes to unsynchronized.
RSA recommends that you configure Authentication Manager to send critical system event notifications to key administrators. This enables administrators to resolve a condition before it becomes a problem.
Before You Begin
After you select Individual Email Addresses, enter the email address for each recipient in the related field. Separate each email address with a semicolon.
|Notes||There is no documented method to configure the email content of the Critical System Event Notification messages. |
Customers can contact RSA Customer Support and raise a request for enhancement (RFE) for features that they would like to see in the RSA Authentication Manager, such as customizing the Critical System Event Notification messages. Request for enhancements are periodically reviewed by RSA SecurID product management for new features for future releases of authentication manager software.
