Tasks1. create New All Users Report
2. run Report
Filter on  Has Tokens Assigned = No, either in the Saved Report Template or at Report Run Time
ResolutionTo create a report on users without tokens an administrator would use the ‘All Users’ report template in RSA Authentication Manager 8.1.
To create a report use the Security Console > Reporting > Reports > Add New.
Select the All Users template and then click the Next button
Only enter a Report Name (e.g. Users Without Tokens) and click the Save button
To run the report use the Security Console > Reporting > Reports > Manage Existing > left-click the Report name and select Run Report Job Now > enter Input Parameters Values and click Run Report
Showing the minimum parameters to use: select the Identity Source name & Has Tokens Assigned set to ‘No’:

** highlighted area shows the Has Tokens Assigned column and this should be FALSE where a token is not assigned **

NotesNote: This will only report on a REGISTERED user from an external IS . If a user in an external IS has had nothing done with their record, they will not be a registered user. They will show on the list of users, but not in this report.
