ResolutionThere are two possibilities, a missing mail merge document and a missing attached document. These do not necessarily have to directly be referenced by an item in the package.
Workaround is to delete the attachment (bottom of general tab of application) or
Delete the mail merge  - Management Reporting, Mail Merge Templates, choose referenced template.
If this does not exist, the issue can be resolved by "faking out" the packaging by adding a dummy file with the referenced name to the file repository.
