ResolutionThe prefered method to change this setting is always using the UI but for exceptional cases , if UI is not availalble, change for setting for email are stored on t_system_settings table.

More specifically the "Redirect All Email To" is set on parameter email.singleRecipient.
To modify the email setting run the following command connected as avuser:
Update t_system_settings set value = '<new value>' where parameter = 'email.singleRecipient';

To prevent any email from being sent also set email.disableEmail = true using the following command

Update t_system_settings set value = 'true' where parameter = 'email.disableEmail';
