IssueWhen attempting to run a data feed in an instance, a job appears to be stuck in a Pending status after being manually started.
ResolutionIt is likely that the RSA Archer Job Service is not running on the services server. Start the service and confirm whether or not the data feed starts. 
There may be a number of backlogged jobs and therefore it could take some time before the data feed starts.
You can look at a list of jobs in the Archer Control Panel under Plugins -> Job Engine Manager -> Available Jobs.
