ResolutionTo create new back office user accounts, login to the back office application.

Note: Replace 'XXXXX' by the customer/FI name (eg. rbs, hbos, efunds, etc)
CS are not allowed to create user accounts for customers anymore so our standard operating procedure is to raise a case to Operations team and provide the following customer details:
Note: Operations Team can only create/reset Super Admin credentials. The FI Super users will then be the ones responsible in creating/reset other BO users.
