IssueThe spreadsheet form filled out when requesting new RSA Central (RSAC) SFTP accounts includes a box for originating IP addresses. This sometimes leads to an assumption that there are IP restrictions on the RSAC server.
ResolutionThere are no IP address restrictions on the RSA Central server. You should be able to connect with any SFTP client if you have a valid username and password.
