IssueInternet Explorer shows the error:
Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://my-dpm-appliance.rsa.com again. If this error persists, contact your site administrator. 


when trying to access any of the web-based consoles.
ResolutionThis is a known issue with Internet Explorer as it does not support stronger cipher suites which DPM is enforcing.
Log on as root on the appliance and run
cd /opt/rsa/setup/sh
./enable_IE_support.sh -on -r
