IssueSummary of Problem: Go to the security console > Ran the ODA enabled users report > look at the SMS destination column > SMS numbers don’t display correctly. For one of the users go into the console and update the country code by selecting the drop down to choose. This will add the space between the CC and the number. Then re-run the report > it will now show in the ODA users report correctly.  We believe that the space is indeed needed not for functionality but to display correctly in the Excel spreadsheet.
ResolutionWhen using AMBA to bulk distribute ODA tokens, while a space is not needed between the Country Code and the Phone Number, if the space is not included, any report going to an EXCEL spreadsheet will be viewed as a scientific notation.  Add the space between the Country Code and Phone Number ensures any report run by the system and view in an Excel spreadsheet will show the country code and phone number as a string of numbers instead of a scientific notation.
