IssueA user is unable to access any of the mail merge templates; although all the relevant access is give. However, the user is able to create any new mail merge templates.
The mail merge can be edited by a sysadmin or any user who has sysadmin privileges.
ResolutionThis is by design and in order for a user to be able to view the templates, the user must be the respective module owner.
