IssueWhen performing a Quick Search or Advanced Search, the user is seeing blank records or values displaying "(no value)".

Scenario:
User creates 10 records and the records/values are searchable.  Then, user deletes 5 records, but the index is not automatically updated (which can be for various reasons).  The search index files (segment files) will retain information about the deleted records and the records/values will display "(no value)".  If user clicks the link, they will not contain any information.
ResolutionA Search Index Rebuild is needed to get rid of the deleted records. For these steps, refer to KB 30392: https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-45540.
