IssueThe user wishes to clear the Microsoft Silverlight cache in order to resolve an issue that is occurring in the RSA Archer user interface.
ResolutionPerform the steps below to clear the Microsoft Silverlight cache.
  1. Click on Start -> All Programs -> Microsoft Silverlight -> Microsoft Silverlight.
  2. Click on the Application Storage tab and then click on Delete All.
  3. Restart your web browser.
