ResolutionThis issue occurs when the default sa account in the SQL Server is disabled.
- When the maintenance jobs are created -> an owner needs to be defined and by default the script assigns the owner as 'sa'

Search for the string '@owner_login_name' in the script, and replace sa with any other account that has sysadmin privileges.

Note: you will have define the owner at two places in the script. (Since the script will be creating two jobs).
