Resolution | Archer 5.3 SP1 and above
- Log on to the server where Archer is installed.
- Go to Start -> All Programs -> RSA Archer -> Right click on 'RSA Archer Control Panel' -> Run as Administrator.
- On the RSA Archer Control Panel Screen, Click on Plugins -> 'Configuration Report' as shown below:

Installation Report
- On the Configuration Report tab -> Under the section Installation settings Click on 'Generate Report'.

- This should generate a report and open it in the default web browser.
- On the browser; press Ctrl+S. Select the location to save the report, type a file name, and select type as Webpage, HTML only -> Click on Save.
Instance Report
- Similarly, now run the Instance report by selecting the Instance in which the issue occurred under the Instance Report section and click on Generate Report.

- This should generate a report and open it in the default web browser.
- On the browser; press Ctrl+S. Select the location to save the report, type a file name, and select type as Webpage, HTML only -> Click on Save.
Please email the two files to the respective Analyst for further troubleshooting.
Archer 5.3 version
In this version, the configuration report plugin runs as a standalone application.
- You should have the Plugin downloaded from the community [https://community.emc.com/docs/DOC-25540]
- Copy the downloaded zip file to the server where Archer is installed.
- Extract the files from the zip file
- Go to the folder -> Right-click ArcherTech.ControlPanel.Plugins.ArcherConfigurationReport.exe -> Right click as Administrator

- On the browser; press Ctrl+S. Select the location to save the report, type a file name, and select type as Webpage, HTML only -> Click on Save.
