IssueSysadmin cannot edit a Subform. It shows as locked.
To unlock locked subforms you will need to update the system flag in SQL. Subforms are found in tblModule. The SQL is as follows:
update dbo.tblmodule set system = 0 where module_id = (find subformid by hovering over in the Manage Subforms screen)
if there are more than one, 
update dbo.tblmodule set system = 0 where module_id  IN(find subformids by hovering over in the Manage Subforms screen)
