SOAP Request Used:-

ResolutionI verified the Custom Eventtype in the Policy Manager and find that there is no Predefined Event Type set for the Event Name:TRAN_PWD. Whereas the SOAP request used has it
<eventDataList>
<eventData>
<clientDefinedEventType>TRAN_PWD</clientDefinedEventType>
<eventType>CHANGE_PASSWORD</eventType>
</eventData>
</eventDataList>

Delete the Event Name:TRAN_PWD and recreate it with Predefined Event Type as CHANGE_PASSWORD.
