IssueThis article describes a custom setting that may be used for measuring the time it takes for a table to load and display results in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle. For example, you might want to know how long it takes to load a list of requests under Requests > Requests or a list of reviews under Reviews > Results as in the examples below.

ResolutionThere is a custom setting called PageTimer that captures the elapsed time for all processing on the server (which is what we are typically interested in) for loading table results in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle.

To enable the PageTimer setting perform the following steps:
  1. In the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle user inteface go to Admin > System > Settings > Edit.
  2. Scroll to the bottom section entitled Custom.
  3. Add PageTimer in the Parameter field and True in the Value field. Note that the word custom will be added to the PageTimer parameter.
  4. Save > OK.
