Issue | A user is having trouble getting the SOAP Account to work, getting username/password failure message and has checked the username and password, and he/she has confirmed with RSA Technical Support that they are correct. |
Resolution | Make sure that the user's application is using all CAPS for the SOAP Login name. Unlike the backoffice login accounts where capitalization does not matter, it does for the SOAP Username and must be all capitals |
