Archer 5.4.x onwards
IssueThe assignee field in the VA ticket does not get updated when the 'Assigned To' field in the corresponding Findings record is update.
getFindings [ which runs as a part of Archer's pushdata job on VA] Job does not to pick up updated Finding record when assignee alone is updated.
ResolutionThe assignee should be changed along with the due date field or the State field for the findings to be picked up by the VA job and update the VA ticket.
If assignee alone is changed, then this will not be reflected in the VA ticket.
A bug has been logged ITSRM-3132; and the only workaround at this point is to update the assignee along with the due date and state field.
