IssueHow to obtain encrypted data without any header attached to it using the RKM Java client
When encrypting with the Key Manager client, meta-data is attached to the encrypted data. It might be necessary in some cases to obtain the encrypted data only, without the meta-data
Resolution

The header format need to be set to "none" before encrypting:

HeaderFormat headerFormat = HeaderFormat.NONE;

byte[] cipherText = kmSimpleApi.encrypt(keyClass, plainText, headerFormat);

The result of the "encrypt" function will only contain the encrypted data without any header.
