ResolutionEnsure that you have removed all previous ODBC configuration from enVision.

Verify no registry entries for ORACLE exist under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\

Now locate the following files from the official Oracle website download them.

NOTE: Even though the Operating system is running on a 64-bit architecture, the ODBC service used by enVision requires this specific driver.

instantclient-odbc-win32- (725,154 bytes)

Extract all contents from both ZIP files to the same location.
After the files are extracted open a command prompt and navigate to the folder location and execute odbc_install.exe.

Verify that the driver was successfully installed by checking the Drivers tab on the ODBC Data Source Administrator. Look for the Oracle in instantclient_11_1.
