|Issue||This article explains how to clear or reset a user PIN in Authentication Manager.|
- From the Security Console, select Identity > Users > Manage Existing.
- Select the appropriate identity source and then the correct user.
- Select the drop down menu for the appropriate user and choose SecurID Tokens.
- At the drop down menu for the SecurID Token, select Clear SecurID PIN to clear the PIN and place the user in New PIN Mode.
