IssueThis article explains how to clear or reset a user PIN in Authentication Manager.
Resolution
  1. From the Security Console, select Identity > Users > Manage Existing
  2. Select the appropriate identity source and then the correct user. 
  3. Select the drop down menu for the appropriate user and choose SecurID Tokens
  4. At the drop down menu for the SecurID Token, select Clear SecurID PIN to clear the PIN and place the user in New PIN Mode.
