Applies ToCurrently the Adaptive Authentication (Hosted) product does do any audit trail reports of BO Admins.  Tthis is an activity that has to be done by our customers; by looking at the individual Users in CS module, the user can see actions taken by CS Admins on User Transactions, and Resets, Unblocks etc.
RSA Adaptive Authentication (Hosted) 
Operations can provide an Ad-Hoc report of  WHO are the BO admins  and what are their Roles and Groups they belong to:

--Login ID
--Role
--Group
NotesA BO Audit would be defined by a customer requests a BackOffice report for BO Admin Audit of actions, ie. who, when and what actions for example:

--Login ID
--Logins per Login ID
--Role
--Group
--Login date/times
--Changes to Customers Profiles
--Changes to Customer Cases
--Changes to Rules
 BO Admin auditing is also not available in an RDR report, there is no reporting of audit trail of BO Admins.
