IssueSending SNMP traps

An SNMP server needs MIB object files to be loaded that describe the monitoring abilities of the Authentication Manager 7.1 server.  Two files are available in the <INSTALLDIR>/data folder called AM.asn1 and IMS.asn1.

To configure SNMP, open theSecurity Console. Click Setup > Instances, and then select Network Management (SNMP) from the context senstive menu for the server. Note that SNMP must be configuredseparately for each server, and that all configuration is performed on the Security Console of the primary instance. To enable SNMP, select the Enable network management via SNMP box.  SNMP Trap Settings can also be configured here.

Please refer to page 54 for the MIB objects in the RSA Authentication Manager 7.1 Performance and Scalability Guide
