You can use SelfTestEventListener to capture the results of the tests.  Unfortunately, RSA Support does not have any ready samples that show how to do this.

Typically, customers do not need to use the SelfTestEvent, SelfTestEventAdapter, SelfTestEventHandler, or SelfTestEventListener.  These are particularly useful to RSA when testing with our validation lab, although they can also be useful when there is a problem loading the FIPS 140 module.
