IssueCrypto-J: Avoiding running FIPS start-up self-tests for each JVM instance
ResolutionIf your system creates a new JVM for each transaction (and you want to avoid executing the FIPS start-up self-tests each time), you might try running your application as a service instead.  This way the service could start up and run the self-tests once and users of the service could access it multiple times for each transaction.
