IssueEntitlements disappear in the RSA Security Analytics UI when using Internet Explorer.
Entitlements disappear from Administration -> System -> Licensing in the SA UI.
Error Message (/var/log/fneserver/fne-error.log):  Error performing FNO poll for updated licenses: FNE Error 0x7000001c (Server was not able to process request correctly) System Error 10. Details [1,4,6,0[7000001C,A,2501E3]]
Error Message (/var/log/fneserver/fne-error.log):  Error performing online sync to FNO: FNE Error 0x7200006d.  Details [1,4,6,0[7200006D,0,5F009D]].
ResolutionThis issue has been permanently resolved in RSA Security Analytics 10.3 SP5.  However, as a workaround, the Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers may be used instead of Internet Explorer to navigate the Security Analytics UI.
