IssueLost power supply redundancy. Check PSU cables.
Power is still being supplied to the Appliance hardware.

The message ?Lost power supply redundancy. Check PSU cables." means the power supply subsystem is no longer redundant. If the remaining power supply fails, the system will shut down.


Where the RSA Key Manager Appliance (now called RSA Data Protection Manager) is using a Dell PowerEdge R710 then you can refer to the Dell Manual at URL http://www.manualowl.com/m/Dell/PowerEdge-R710/Manual/189655?page=158 for troubleshooting the power supply.


After troubleshooting the power supply try removing the LCD status message by clearing the SEL. Refer to page 23 of the Dell PowerEdge Hardware owners Guide (URL http://www.manualowl.com/m/Dell/PowerEdge-R710/Manual/189655?page=23).

I can confirm I have performed the troubleshooting of the PSU as per Dell PowerEdge hardware manual.




Clearing the LCD status does not resolve the issue.
