IssueRSA SecurID authentication loops when accessing Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA)
User is prompted for SecurID authentication in the Web browser. The authentication credentials are entered and is successful, but the SecurID authentication request reappears.
Error: "No cookie or corrupted information" appears in the Application event log of the exchange server
CauseCookie required to set up SecurID session is not getting stored correctly on the local system
ResolutionThis issue is not related to an RSA Security product; the problem is because of a cookie issue with the local system or Web browser.
A possible way to troubleshoot this issue would be to flush the Web browser cache of files and cookies, restore the browser's default settings, and configure the Web browser to prompt each time a cookie is sent to the Web browser. For example, with Microsoft's Internet Explorer Web browser, use the Tools menu to select Internet Options to configure the Internet Explorer Web browser.

- From the General tab in the Temporary Internet Files area, use the Delete Files --> Delete Cookies buttons
- From the Advanced tab, use the Restore Defaults button
- From the Privacy tab in the Settings area, use the Advanced button and Override Automatic Cookie Handling and Prompt for First-Party Cookies and Third-Party Cookies
