IssueHow to set up new PIN for RSA SecurID Software Token user when using RSA ACE/Agent for Web
PIN problems with new RSA SecurID Software Tokens
ResolutionTo first log in to a page protected by RSA ACE/Agent for Web with a new Software Token account in New PIN mode (cleared Pin), follow these steps:
- When prompted for PIN, type between 4 to 8 zeros (depending on you PIN settings) - if you have to have 6- to 8-digit PINs, type six to eight zeros
- RSA ACE/Server will prompt you to create a new PIN. Follow the instructions on PIN length, and SecurID will prompt you again for your PIN. This time, enter your newly-made PIN.
