IssueHow to distinguish between 2 or more users having similar firstname and lastname brought in by LDAP sync to RSA Archer
In user/group list and record permission lookup, it is difficult to distinguish between 2 or more users having same firstname and lastname.
Resolution

This issue can be overcome by mapping any of the useful information like (email address, SAMaccount name , Employee ID, Manager's name) in the middlename of the user and populate the middlename by running LDAP sync.

The group look up will now show the middlename and the users will be able to distinguish the users having same first name and last name based on the information present in their middle name.
