Issue

In a user/group list and record permission lookup within Archer, it can be difficult to distinguish between two or more users having same firstname and lastname.

Resolution

This issue can be overcome by mapping any of the useful information like (email address, sAMAccountName, Employee ID, Manager's name) in the middle name of the user and populate the middlename by running LDAP sync.

The group lookup will now show the middle name and the users will be able to distinguish the users that have the same first name and last name based on the information present in their middle name.
