IssueIncorrect time is displayed in the RSA Security Analytcs Investigation module for Asia/Singapore time zone (GMT +08:00).
Cause

In December 31, 1981 after 11:59:59 PM, Singapore jumped ahead by half an hour to 12:30 AM. It had previously been at UTC+7:30, but moved to the whole-hour zone of UTC+8.

However, the time that's currently being displayed in the Investigation->Events page for Asia/Singapore is still based on the older timestamp.

ResolutionThis issue has been permanently resolved in RSA Security Analytics 10.3 SP4.
