When you try to open the module mentioned in the log, it gives you an error.

Cause
Sometime this happens due to a corrupted application is created while copying from another application. The corrupted copy will not be accessible from the front end and will cause the failure in package generation. 
Resolution
Delete the corrupted copy of the application and try to package again.
