####<Feb 7, 2012 10:30:02 AM EST> <Error> <Server> <srhq1.ptc.com> <srhq1_server> <DynamicSSLListenThread[WebConsoleSSLChannel]> <<WLS Kernel>> <> <> <1328628602482> <BEA-002606> <Unable to create a server socket for listening on channel "WebConsoleSSLChannel". The address 192.168.100.100 might be incorrect or another process is using port 7004: java.net.BindException: Address already in use.>

netstat -an will show the following for port 7004:

tcp        0      0 192.168.100.100:7004     192.168.100.100:2334     ESTABLISHED
tcp        0      0 192.168.100.100:2334     192.168.100.100:20473    ESTABLISHED

CauseAlthough very rare, the database has bound to port 7004 during startup.
