|Issue||Reports do not run after their scheduled date and time. |
No report errors are shown under 'Reports - Available Report Sets', simply the scheduled date and time arrives and passes and not reports get run
Report runs successfully if started manually
|Cause||If the volume on which the report has been created does not have the required hard drive space determined by EnVision for the report processing, then the report will not run.|
|Resolution||Ensure NIC Scheduler service has been started.|
Change folder location directory path for the Scheduled Report under 'Report Configuration - Managed Scheduled Reports' to another volume with sufficient hard drive space.
Ensure the Report Directory path volume is not full. To check this within the Administrative GUI, click on 'Report Configuration' -'Setup Reports' and check the Report Directory location path.
