IssueUnable to login to the Authentication Manager 7.x Security Console, locked out.
Lost admin account information
ResolutionIn Authentication Manager 7.0 you can promote a user to super admin by using the restore-admin utility.  Note this only works if you have a user with the proper credentials to login to the console. (based on console access methods)  If such a user is not available contact RSA support at 800-995-5095 for a new version of the utility that allows you to create an admin that has access to the console. (similar to how the 7.1 utility works)
Examples:
Original restore-admin:  RSA Authentication Manager\utils\rsautil restore-admin -u admin -m masterpassword
New restore-admin:       RSA Authentication Manager\utils\rsautil restore-admin -u admin -p password -m masterpassword

In Authentication Manager 7.1 you can promote or add a user using the restore-admin CLU.
Example:
RSA Authentication Manager\utils\rsautil restore-admin -u admin -p password -m masterpassword

NotesNote admins created with the restore-admin utility will expire in 24 hours, so once you have access to the console, resolve the original admins login issue and delete the added account.
