IssueUnable to access RSA Archer website - infinite looping error.aspx

Users are unable to login via RSA Archer website.

RSA Archer Control Panel is not accessible:

Error communicating with the configuration service, Try Again.

The Following errors are observed in Archer Event Viewer and Archer.w3wp Logs:

Error initializing log center - ArcherTech.Configuration.ConfigurationServiceException: Unexpected Failure when broadcasting or receiving ---> System.ServiceModel.FaultException'1[ArcherTech.Configuration.ServiceObject]: Could not access file or file was not valid.

at System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel.HandleReply(ProxyOperationRuntime operation, ProxyRpc& rpc) 
at System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel.Call(String action, Boolean oneway, ProxyOperationRuntime operation, Object[] ins, Object[] outs, TimeSpan timeout) 
at System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannelProxy.InvokeService(IMethodCallMessage methodCall, ProxyOperationRuntime operation) 
at System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannelProxy.Invoke(IMessage message)

CauseRSA Archer Configuration Service is unable to reach Configuration database on SQL Server.
ResolutionTo fix this issue make sure the SQL Server hosting the RSA Archer Configuration database is accessible on the network from all the Archer Web Servers, and the RSA Archer Configuration Service is running on all the web servers.
