Authentication Manager 7.1 and above.
ResolutionIf a backup was ever done on this machine, a copy of the systemfileds.properties was put with backup with a .secrets extension.
Under <am home>/utils/etc copy systemfields.properties to systemfields.properties.hold
copy the backup.secrets file to utils/etc/systemfields.properties
Set ownership to the RSA file owner, like rsaadmin
then test to see if it works by running rsautil manage-secrets -a list and provide the old/original master password that was in place when the backup was created.
In the event that a backup does not exist anywhere on the system, you could attempt the above procedure with the systemfields.properties from the radiusoc/utils/etc directory.

Workaroundmanage-secrets command was used to alter the master password and after the password that was set is not being accepted.
