Operations Console and Self-Service console can load with just the A.M. 7.1 IP Address in the URL, however Security Console must be able to resolve the fully qualified hostname of the A.M. 7.1 Server before it will display the login prompt.
IssueOpening RSA Security Console from a remote computer's web browser displays 'The page cannot be displayed' error
After performing a Quick Setup of the Appliance or Authentication Manager 7.1 Server, Operations Console and Self-Service console login pages display correctly, but Security Centre gives 'The page cannot be displayed' error.
Resolution

Ensure the computer you are remotely connecting to the A.M. 7.1 server from is able to resolve the fully qualified hostname of the A.M. 7.1 server.

This can be achieved by the following:

-  Add forward and reverse DNS lookup entries on the DNS server for the A.M. 7.1 server

-  Add a local 'hosts' file to the remote computer which will associate the IP address of the A.M. 7.1 server to the fully qualified hostname of the A.M. 7.1 server.
