ResolutionWith Windows Authentication - SSO solution: Ensure "C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Archer\company_files" has Read, Write and Modify access for Archer Website - Internet Information Services (IIS) Application Pool Identity. As an alternative, 'company_files' location can be set to 'Anonymous' Authentication in IIS.

With other SSO solution: Ensure ".../Archer/company_files" and the sub-directories are excluded from SSO to avoid authentication prompt when accessed via http/https.
