Unable to download Report.aspx from [myarchersite.com]
- Multiple web servers with load balancing.
- Using HTTPS
Internet Explorer is affected at least through IE8.
Other browsers (Firefox, Chrome) not affected.
|Resolution||This is a known Internet Explorer defect. See Microsoft KB article at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/323308|
Solution is to add a registry key, following instruction in the KB article, for those users who need to export system reports using affected Internet Explorer versions.
Only system reports are affected. Problem does not affect global or personal reports from business applications within Archer
