When establishing a Remote Desktop Connection from a Windows 2008, Windows Vista or Windows 7 machine to a server protected by RSA Authentication Agent 7.0.x for Windows, the user is prompted for their windows credentials prior to the RSA credentials.

User is required to enter their windows credentials multiple times prior to logging in the server.

Problem using RDP, have to enter Windows Password to get to the Server screen, then login to the server with RSA Passcode, then Windows Password integration or prompt again

On the Machine where you're establishing the RDP connection from, edit the "Default.rdp" file located under the "documents" directory. You may need to change the folder view options to display as it may be hidden.

Add the following line at the end: EnableCredSSPSupport:i:0

This will disable the double-prompt.

NotesThe setting above will also disable "Network Level Authentication".  Check with your Network administrator prior to making the change
