RSA SecurID Software Token for BlackBerry Handhelds 1.0
IssueCan't import Token file attachment

Per the RSA Blackberry 10 Quickstart guide: "If the email client is in your work space, the token will be imported to the app in the work space. If the email client is in your personal space, the token will be imported to the app in the personal space". The "no viewer available" error will  occur if the RSA app and email are in different spaces.

ResolutionBlackberry 10 has work/personal application designations. In keeping with your company policy email the token attachment to the same space as the app was installed in. Also, be sure to first  close the RSA Software Token app before importing the token file. NOTE: Blackberry is aware of this limitation (as of August 22, 2013)
NotesNote- older versions of BES 10 server have issues with adding the application to the policy, to get the work space to load the application
Signs that you are in the personal space are that the Blackberry Software token was downloaded from the Blackberry App world. This will be in the personal space so the personal email address should be used.
If the Blackberry software token was pushed via a BES Server then this is in the work space. This is the work space so the work email client should be used.

If it is installed from the Blackberry World Work this is also the work space - The work email client should also be used.
