ResolutionOn the same machine or device as the Software Token application, open a web browser and try this URL:
https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:7004/ctkip/services/CtkipService  (note: this  is Case Sensitive)
where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the real FQDN of the RSA Primary Server. If you use the IP address of the server or an alias instead of the real FQHN in the URL, there may be a certificate error,  since there is a mismatch between the FQHN that is in the URL, and the FQHN presented by the Server certificate.  In some cases, you may also need to have the OS/device  import/trust the Root certifcate that is used to sign the Server certifcate; please see the documentation , or contact the vendor of your OS/Device, for information  on importing/trusting Root certificates.
If there is good connectivity, you should see a page displaying the phrase "CT-KipService
