CauseAn appliance sent a NTP request, but did not receive a response. Appliance Am8.1 Patch 2 added a fix AM-26880 for NTP failures blocking startup, and also added alerting for NTP failures.
 
ResolutionIf only one NTP server is configured, use the Operations Console to add another NTP Server in  "Secondary Hostname or IP Address" . Make sure all NTP Servers are reachable and functional.
