IssueRSA RADIUS debug data in the RSA RADIUS log file reports
"Failed to initialize communications for SecurID authentication (result = 403)"
CauseRADIUS authentications generated defunct processes on Authentication Manager instances.
ResolutionA shared library used by RADIUS was modified in RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 Patch 2 so that Authentication Manager no longer generates defunct processes.
As of 25th May 2016, customers are advised to apply the latest software update of RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 Service Pack 1 Patch 14 as this includes the fix provided in RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 Patch 2.
NOTE: RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 Service Pack 1 (SP1) is a prerequisite of RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 Service Pack 1 Patch 14 (P14)
