|Issue||Incorrect password supplied|
User is getting "Incorrect password supplied" after migration
|Workaround||There is no way to recover the master password. However to validate if you know the correct master password you can follow those steps:|
Download the RKM Client Tool Lite from https://sftp.rsa.com/human.aspx?Username=support&password=Password1&arg12=downloaddirect&transaction=signon&quiet=true&arg01=150991089
Type what you think is your Master Password.
Provide the Salt found in softwareMasterKey.properties. On the DPM appliance the file is located in /opt/KMS/conf/properties
Click on Generate Hash.
The hash value (Hash SHA256) generated must match the hash value from the file softwareMasterKey.properties.
Use this tool until you get the same value at which point you will have recovered your master password.
