|Issue||Users are no longer able to export reports listed in View Access Control Reports.|
When they click the Export icon, the Export options window opens, but when they select an option the window disappears and nothing happens.
They do see the following in the bottom left on the task/status bar. The View Application Builder Reports are also not exporting. It changes depending on the type of export.
The export functionality within an application (e.g. Incident application records) appears to be working.
They tried exporting in the production environment as well as the non-prod environments and got the same results.
No log is generated.
The issue was tested in Firefox and the export pop-up box comes up and export works correctly.
|Cause||This issue may occur when the pop-up blocker is enabled in Internet Explorer 11.|
This setting may be enabled by way of a Group Policy update.
|Resolution||Unchecking the pop-up blocker and logging out/in and clearing cache will resolve the issue. |
This is done by going to Internet Options, clicking the Privacy tab, and unchecking the Turn on Pop-up Blocker option.
Also, make sure that Compatibility Mode is NOT enabled for all Intranet sites, as this can prevent the export option from working.
